EDCNet is internet-based software specifically designed for monitoring serology and nucleic acid testing (NAT) QC results. EDCNet allows for simple collection, management and analysis of QC data in real-time. Access is included when purchasing QConnect QC samples. Once registered as a QConnect member you can access EDCNet by using your registered email address and creating your own login password.

EDCNet functionality is designed for all levels of users. Users can set up EDCNet and walk away having automated alerts and customised QC reports such as Levey-Jennings, Mean/Scatter graphical or tabular reports emailed. Power users can take advantage of the advanced in-built QC analysis functions to identify and investigate trends and shifts in QC results. EDCNet also has a “network” option allowing groups of laboratories to compare QC test results across all laboratories within that network.

Networks with QC officers monitoring more than one laboratory within a network have full access to all laboratories within their network, improving their ability to enter, monitor and investigate QC data across their full network with ease.

An exciting development for our QConnect customers is the move towards automated data entry for QConnect results. This removes the time-consuming manual data entry and is an improvement to our system we have worked on for some time.

EDCNet can now interface with your instruments for the automatic upload of your QConnect QC and kit control results. Bridge software is now available for multiple platforms with more to follow. This will significantly improve workflows in laboratories and save time and effort in data entry.

Licence subscription fees will apply per instrument, which can be discussed with our Customer Relations Manager.
