Training Overview

NRL’s Dr Innocent Mupunga had the pleasure of serving as a trainer and facilitator at the QMS Champions Training of Trainers Workshop held from 4–8 May 2026 in Jakarta, hosted by the RPHL Network Indonesia. 

The workshop brought together 16 participants from nine countries and featured Subject Matter Experts and trainers from Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, and NRL, Australia, with technical support from the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific and the WHO South-East Asia Regional Office. 

This initiative aimed to promote peer-to-peer learning, strengthen QMS and accreditation competencies towards ISO 15189 compliance, enhance national readiness, and build a regional pool of technical experts to support laboratory quality improvement and accreditation efforts across the region.
